South Beach Condo Hotel Project Announced

South Beach is getting a fancy new hotel condominium complex. The Florida branch of Multi Capital Group has purchased two vacant three-story buildings in South Beach's trendy SoFi neighborhood. Its client is an anonymous developer who will be converting the buildings immediately, according to a recent press release.

Condo hotels are a popular option these days. South Florida and South Beach in particular are very active condo markets.
