Miami market keeps booming

Here's to the Miami housing boom continuing strong as far as the eye can see!



In response to gossip about the possibility of a real estate bust looming ahead, Ron Shuffield, president of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell Realtors, was quoted in the New York Times with his prediction that Miami's unique demographic of baby boomers and relocators from abroad will sustain the housing market indefinitely. With limited amounts of property available on the market, demand is expected to outstrip supply and keep appreciation high.
