The Related Group, the Miami-based developer, claims to already have buyers lined up for the 15,000 condos it is going to build in South Florida and Las Vegas within the next four years.
Miami high-rises and the interest they have generated is considered "part of the condo crush spawned by the nation´s housing boom and buoyed by active investors from Europe, Latin America and the U.S. Northeast." It also does not hurt that the units in these Miami high-rises are relatively affordable and are located in an exciting, cosmopolitan city with the beach right next door.
