Recovery In The Works for Office Real Estate?

The commercial real estate market for office space has been
experiencing a slump. However, analysts feel that office properties across
the country may now be moving into a recovery at last.

Miami commercial real estate has experienced relatively low vacancy
rates, as compared to cities elsewhere in the US, at only 12.8 percent.
Compare that to other urban locations such as Minneapolis, which has a
vacancy rate of 20.2 percent.
