Miami Real Estate Among Hottest in America

Sales of existing single-family homes were up 1% in March, and prices
are rising all across the country, according to the National Association
of Realtors. In total, prices for single-family homes are up 11.4% since
March of 2004.

In Miami, prices have increased 106% since March 2000. Outpaced only by
Los Angeles, Miami is one of the hottest real estate markets in the
US.
